  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

  • We accept EFT, debit/credit card, and other secure online payment methods.

  • YoKimono reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicious activity.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer delivery within South Africa and selected international regions.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier service.

  • YoKimono is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return unworn items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.

  • Sale items, custom orders, and worn garments are not eligible for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
