Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must have the original tags attached and be in the same condition as when they were received.
Non-Returnable ItemsPlease note you are not able to return Sale or discounted items and Gift Cards.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@yokimono.co.za with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us directly at hello@yokimono.co.za. Depending on stock availability, we’ll assist you in arranging the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a return, exchange, or full refund.
